01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ZX888 website at zx888.vin, downloading the ZX888 Android application, creating an account or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all use of the ZX888 platform, including but not limited to browsing, playing games, depositing funds, claiming bonuses, withdrawing funds and communicating with the ZX888 support team.

These Terms are effective from the moment you register an account and remain in force for as long as your account exists or until terminated in accordance with Section 11. 02 Eligibility and Age

Any bonus funds across duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and any real-money balances will be subject to a review before being returned.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — your username, password and any security details — confidential. ZX888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account, even temporarily.

04 Deposits and Payments

ZX888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and selected mobile wallets. The full list of available methods is displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

Deposits are processed as quickly as technically possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your ZX888 account within sixty seconds. Bank Transfer and Raast timings may vary depending on the originating bank. ZX888 does not apply any processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account belonging to someone other than the registered ZX888 account holder — are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction and per payment method are displayed in your account's deposit screen.
• ZX888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit at its discretion.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. ZX888 processes withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa as a priority. Bank Transfer, Raast and card withdrawals are processed within the timeframes displayed in your account at the time of the request.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name as your ZX888 account.
• ZX888 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security procedure and is not a sign of any problem with your account.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in your account's withdrawal screen.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

ZX888 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Every bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms — including a wagering requirement, a time limit and any game restrictions — that are stated clearly at the point the offer is presented to you.

• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be played through before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn as cash.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to the minimum and maximum bet sizes stated in the individual offer terms.

07 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

ZX888 is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial assistance to play games or influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or loopholes in any game or platform feature. If you notice an error, you are required to stop play and report it to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in Live Casino table games.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, chargebacks or reversals to fund your account or reverse legitimate transactions.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Any form of money laundering or using ZX888 as a vehicle to process funds from illegal sources.

ZX888 uses automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Any account flagged during a review will be temporarily suspended pending investigation. ZX888 will cooperate fully with any relevant authority in cases involving suspected financial crime.

08 Responsible Gaming

10 Changes to Terms

If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 11. Continued use of ZX888 after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11 Account Closure

You may close your ZX888 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, ZX888 will process any valid withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method before closing the account. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

ZX888 may close or suspend your account without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity associated with your account.
• You are found to be under 18 years of age.
• You are under a self-exclusion arrangement and have attempted to re-register.
• We are required to do so by a legal or regulatory obligation.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, ZX888 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending a full investigation. Where a balance is determined to be legitimate, it will be returned to the registered payment method.

12 Limitation of Liability

ZX888 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and platform stability — particularly during high-traffic periods such as PSL match evenings and major cricket events — we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted, ZX888 will not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or funds arising from technical interruptions, game errors or platform downtime, except where the error is directly attributable to ZX888 and ZX888's investigation confirms a material impact on the outcome of a game.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Losses arising from your own decisions in relation to deposits, bets placed or bonuses claimed.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms limits ZX888's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
